Warranty Coverage
We stand behind the quality of our products. Our warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not cover normal wear and tear or misuse.
What is Covered
- Manufacturing defects (faulty stitching, broken zippers, defective buttons)
- Material defects (fabric tears, color bleeding from normal washing)
- Workmanship issues present at the time of purchase
What is NOT Covered
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage from improper care or washing
- Damage from accidents or misuse
- Alterations made to the garment
- Fading or shrinkage from repeated washing
- Pet damage or stains
- Items purchased from unauthorized retailers
Warranty Period
- Clothing Items: [90 days/6 months] from date of purchase for defects
- Shoes: [60 days/3 months] from date of purchase for defects
- Perfumes: Defects must be reported within [30 days] of delivery
How to Make a Warranty Claim
Step 1: Contact us immediately
- Email photos of the defect to [Your Email]
- Include your order number and description of the issue
- Report the defect as soon as you discover it
Step 2: Assessment
- Our team will review your claim and photos
- We may request additional information or photos
- We will determine if the issue is covered under warranty
Step 3: Resolution If your warranty claim is approved, we will offer one of the following:
- Replacement: We’ll send you a replacement item (subject to availability)
- Store Credit: Full value credit toward a future purchase
- Refund: Full refund to your original payment method
Step 4: Return the defective item
- We will provide a prepaid return label (no cost to you)
- Ship the defective item back to us within [7 days] of receiving the label
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color:
- Return your original item following our returns process
- Place a new order for the desired item
Exception: Defective items may be exchanged directly if the same item is in stock.
Refund Processing
Timeline
- Returns are processed within [5-7] business days of receiving the item
- Refunds appear in your account within [7-14] business days depending on your bank
Refund Method
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- If original payment method is unavailable, store credit will be issued
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be issued for:
- Items returned without original packaging
- Items with missing tags (at our discretion)
- Items showing signs of minor use
Lost or Damaged in Transit
Damaged Packages
- Inspect your package upon delivery
- Report any damage to the carrier and contact us within 48 hours
- Take photos of the damaged packaging and item
- We will file a claim and send a replacement or refund
Lost Packages
- If your order shows as delivered but you didn’t receive it, contact us within 7 days
- We will investigate with the shipping carrier
- A replacement or refund will be issued once the claim is resolved
Final Sale Items
Items marked as “Final Sale,” “Clearance,” or purchased during promotional events may not be eligible for return unless defective. Final sale status will be clearly marked at the time of purchase.
