At PPStore, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy outlines our returns process and warranty coverage for defective items.
Return Window
- You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached
- Original packaging should be included when possible
Eligible Items for Return
The following items can be returned if they meet our return conditions:

- Pullovers
- Sweatshirts
- Pants
- Jeans
- Hoodies
- Shoes (must be unworn with original box)
- Perfumes (if unopened and sealed)
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and health reasons, the following items CANNOT be returned or exchanged:
- Men’s underwear and boxers – All sales are final
- Items without tags or labels
- Worn, washed, or damaged items
- Items on final sale or clearance (unless defective)
- Perfumes that have been opened or used
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must:
- Be in original, unused condition
- Have all original tags and labels attached
- Be free from odors (including smoke, perfume, or body odor)
- Include original packaging where applicable
- Have proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
How to Initiate a Return

Step 2: Receive return authorization
- Our team will review your request and provide a Return Authorization (RA) number
- You will receive return instructions and shipping details
Step 3: Pack and ship your item
- Securely package the item with all tags attached
- Include the RA number on the outside of the package
- Ship the item to the address provided
Step 4: Refund processing
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within [5-7] business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defect

- Customer Returns: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs (non-defective items)
- Defective/Wrong Items: We cover return shipping costs
